Is there parking available?

We apologize, but our hotel does not have parking. Our front desk can guide you to nearby coin-operated parking.

Are there any convenience stores near the hotel?

There are several convenience stores within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Can I make a reservation for the same day?

Depending on room availability, same-day reservations may be accepted.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. However, this may vary depending on the accommodation plan.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

Yes. We can store your luggage at the front desk for guests who are staying with us.

Can I send luggage in advance?

Can I stay with children? Are there any charges?

Yes, children can stay with you. Children under 12 years old who can share a bed with an adult can stay for free (up to one child).

Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I cancel my reservation?

A cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

Cancellation after 6:00 PM the day before the stay: 100%
Cancellation on the day of stay: 100%
No-show without notice: 100% Please note that cancellation fees may vary depending on the accommodation plan. For group
reservations (15 or more people), different terms may apply. Please contact us for details.

What amenities are available?

You can select the necessary items from our room amenities, based on your stay style. Items include toothbrushes, razors, combs, cotton, cotton swabs, and hair ties.

What equipment can be rented?

We offer the following items for rent at the reception desk. Since there is limited availability, please confirm in advance: Stand mirrors, kettles, humidifiers, iron sets, pants pressers, mobile chargers, thermometers, plug adapters, and pillows.

Are pajamas available?

We offer "nightwear" for our guests.

Is there a coin laundry?

Yes, Garnor Hotel Osaka Honmachi Station has a coin laundry on the 3rd floor, Garnor Hotel Osaka Honmachi Midosuji on the 1st floor, and Garnor Hotel Osaka Honmachi Kita Senba on the 2nd floor.

Is internet available?

Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Can I send luggage from the hotel?

We can assist with delivery service and postal packages. We also offer boxes and plastic bags for shipping (for a fee).

Yes, a microwave is available in the Social Hub.

Is there an ice machine in the hotel?

Yes, you can freely use the ice machine located in the laundry room.

Are there vending machines in the hotel?

There are no vending machines inside the hotel. You can use the vending machines around the hotel, or you can freely enjoy the water dispenser and coffee machine at the Beverage Station. Additionally, at the 24-hour Marketplace, you can enjoy snacks and drinks unique to Garnor Hotel Osaka Honmachi.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept UnionPay, JCB, AMEX, DINERS, DISCOVER, VISA, and MasterCard. Please note that some cards may not be accepted depending on individual store policies. For more information, please contact us.
